Siobhán worked with Carers NI and National Energy Action NI on an open letter to Northern Ireland politicians highlighting concerns about the Cost of Living Crisis and the need for local politicians to restore the NI Assembly to take urgent action on these issues.  This letter was circulated among the voluntary and community sector for signatures and was sent to politicians in September 2022.

Following publication of the letter Siobhán carried out a media interview with BBC News on the letter focusing on the impact of the cost of living crisis on women.
