Siobhán is currently working on the write up of the Consortium’s latest research paper on Women, Skills & Barriers to Work. This follows the completion of 10 focus group sessions with 60 women. The research paper will include the experiences of women across Northern Ireland and also reflecting the views of rural women and women from ethnic minority communities.
There is a provisional launch date for the research paper of Thursday 5th December. The launch will include a summary of the report’s main findings and a focus on the work of Women’s Centres and groups in relation to providing skills and helping women into work. More details about the launch and how to register will be available in the coming weeks.
